I think I've mentioned the Canadians in Kuwait group before, but I'm not sure. Basically, it's a social group of people that's been organized by their Embassy. They're really nice and let in Americans as well. I take advantage of their events when I can, and when I heard about the boat cruise I was up for the experience. It did not disappoint! It was a 6-hour cruise through the Gulf. I did this cruise about a week after the Dhow Cruise. The day wasn't quite as dusty, so that was really nice. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking now...

The city:

Hi Jeff!
The buffet - I tell you, they really know how to put out a spread!

The DeBaun's. I adore this couple! Gloria teaches 5th grade and John teaches 9th grade next door to me. We have a lot of fun working together and get along really well. So well that he refers to me as his little sister. I have a big brother now :)

There was even a DJ on board. Once the sun started going down the music began. The lady in red was a riot! I may have danced on the boat...
