Corinth

After Epidauros, we headed to Corinth.  Specifically, Ancient Corinth.  It was founded in the 10th century BCE and was the largest city in Ancient Greece (ancientcorinth.net).  It was Greece's richest port, and is home to the Temple of Apollo.  Although the rain continued throughout the day, we still enjoyed our time wandering around these ruins.  Again, we got lucky and were practically the only people there.

The Temple of Apollo

We saw rainbows almost everywhere we went on our trip - this picture was pretty fabulous :)

Temple of Octavia (I think...)

A mosaic in the museum.

"Rarrr!" says the giggly lion.

This was a pretty great sphinx!

Mini pots!

Acrocorinth is on top of the hill - we didn't go up there.  The Temple of Apollo was the big draw for us here.
